Zerozaya is a food rescue platform that connects users with restaurants and food establishments offering surplus food at discounted prices. Our mission is to reduce food waste while providing affordable meal options. We act as an intermediary platform and do not prepare, handle, or deliver food ourselves.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activities that occur under your account • Providing accurate and complete information • Updating your information to keep it current We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Orders and Payments
When you place an order through Zerozaya: • You agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable taxes and fees • All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors • Orders are subject to availability and restaurant acceptance • Refunds are processed according to our refund policy • Prices are subject to change without notice
5. Food Safety
While we partner with registered food establishments, users acknowledge that: • Surplus food may have a shorter shelf life • Users should consume food within the recommended timeframe • Users with food allergies should verify ingredients before purchase • Zerozaya is not liable for food-related health issues arising from mishandling after pickup
6. User Conduct
Users agree not to: • Misuse the platform for fraudulent purposes • Provide false information • Harass restaurant partners or other users • Attempt to circumvent platform fees • Resell food purchased through the platform • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the App, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Zerozaya or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
Zerozaya provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for: • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Loss of data or profits • Service interruptions • Actions of restaurant partners • Food quality issues beyond our reasonable control Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or email.
